I am a proud Florida man born and raised, growing up on the quiet sandy beaches of Southwest Florida in Bonita Springs and Naples. I am no stranger to the real estate growth and development of Florida coming from a real estate and construction family.

On my mother's side of the family, there are over 60 combined years of real estate and general contracting experience. I grew up helping put out open house signs, putting stickers on mailers, and visiting construction sites. My first job was being a part of a construction site clean-up crew going through piling cinder blocks and loading equipment. I attended Florida State University and got an Economics degree with a minor in business with a focus on finance and real estate. After graduating, the natural progression was for me to get my real estate license and start pursuing what I was born to do, which is showing people what Florida living is all about and helping them achieve that lifestyle. Growing up close to the beach and on the water, most of my life lead to me falling in love with the water and picking up hobbies surrounding the water which include, fishing, scuba diving, freediving, spearfishing, and boating.

When I am not on the water you are most likely going to find me in the gym working on my love for MMA and general fitness or in the woods trying my best to become a well-rounded outdoorsman hunting and practicing archery. I love to work with clients and share my knowledge of Florida and help them find their dream homes.

What Our Clients Say

My husband, Jim, and myself, Linda, would to take this opportunity to thank Debbie Zito in the sale of our home in Florida. She assisted us in so many ways and was so very helpful during the process of selling our home. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, we would highly recommend Debbie Zito!!

Mark and Debbie truly went above and beyond. Hands down best experience I've ever had buying a home. They helped every step of the way. Very communicative and personable. Couldn't recommend using them enough.

Chris Corriveau

As a former realtor, I was pretty selective about choosing a realtor to work with. Deb was very knowledgeable, fun, honest, proactive. We were so happy we chose her to help us find our home. She gets our highest recommendations.

Debbie was knowlegable and enthusiastic in listing my condo. The sale went smoothlhy and the results were as I expectd--very good.

Barbara Cook

Debbie went above and beyond for us! She showed us a good variety of condos, and pointed out many things to us that we were not aware of in purchasing a condo. She was great in negotiating when we did decide on one, and Karen was also so helpful. We would recommend them to anyone!

Mary E. Lea

Without referrals, I selected the best Realtors! Everything a seller (“snowbird”) needed to know, and more, was presented initially in unhurried detail. Getting crucial documents, for signatures, to me, thousands of miles away was not a problem for you. Thanks for patience answering procedural questions long distance. March to May! That’s great! I’m a very satisfied, happy “snowbird” seller. Thank you, thank you Debbie.  You are really the best.

Marjorie W. Carter

Debbie and Mark we're true professionals from the beginning. They put a plan in place and were able to execute on that plan. We had an above ask offer within a week. They ran all around town for us to get inspections and repairs completed and made the process very easy for me. If you're looking to buy or sell, stop looking and use Debbie and Mark. They will take great care of you and you will not be disappointed.
